This is a casual, fun interactive class on making a traditional Mineo's Pizza with la famaglia.
We talk about family history, THE ingredients, and how to toss a pie.
Then it's your turn to roll dough, toss & create your own delicious pie!
Class is approximately 2.5 hours depending on how much fun we are having.
